Software for process automation
Through the use of leading automation brands, we design and implement software that ensures standards of reliability and durability for the creation of new machines, innovative plants and/or for revamping and upgrading existing plants.
We have an in-house technical team that is always ready to respond to customer needs.
AEPI not only designs and develops, but also implements and tests software for industrial automation systems, including various components such as: PLC, HMI, SCADA, MOTION CONTROL and ROBOT.

We deal with
PLC Software (Programmable Logic Controller)
Applications are developed for most PLC platforms on the market. We have experience in managing all types of field networks such as Profibus, Ethernet, Can open, DeviceNet, etc;
Motion management software
Using automatic electrical systems using electronic axes and cams, consisting of motors controlled in position and speed through drives;
Software for robotic control
These deal with the programming of robots used in a wide variety of sectors, from the management of island movements (encumbrances, shared areas, etc.), to the management of data exchange logic with external I/Os (tool management, transport, etc.), up to the human-machine interface and line supervision with connection to the management system;
PLC HMI Software (Human Machine Interface Development)
Allows interaction between the operator and the machine/plant in a simple, intuitive and ergonomic way. Projects are developed with the most common development environments on the market.
Development of applications for vision systems
They guarantee speed and precision in production control by providing an approximate model of the real world (3D) from two-dimensional (2D) images, reproducing human vision. A machine vision system consists of the integration of optical, electronic and mechanical components that enable the acquisition, recording and processing of images both within and outside the visible light spectrum.
