PROJECTS
Automatic assembly machine for electromechanical components
The machine is a prototype capable of assembling electromechanical components that until now had only been manufactured by human hands.
The machine assembles and glues, with a non-premixed two-component epoxy resin, a component consisting of a needle with a sheet metal to a piezoelectric disk of very small dimensions. The machine has characteristics and accuracy such that it requires being able to work only at a controlled temperature and environment.
