Line for treatment / brushing of tyre tread bands
Optimization of a complete automatic line for the brushing of tread.
PROJECT NEEDS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Need to brush tread bands with length from 4 to 11 meters exiting the press to remove the silicone layer inside, spray a solution based on glue and solvents on the surface treated by the brushes, dry the solution, apply a nylon film, roll up, weigh and label and affix the stock codes.

GOALS ACHIEVED
Optimization of a line approximately 40 meters long with a station of:
- unwinding
- brushing with 4-head motorization
- application of a solution suitable for crimping the buffed tire
- drying
- apour/solvent collection of the solution
- winding
- weighing with special scales and affixing the bar code/label for the warehouse
