Automatic scarifying machine for bread dough mixes with vision system

Automatic scarifying machine composed of two delta-type robots and two vision systems for the automatic recognition of the product positioning on the food conveyor.

PROJECT NEEDS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Installation of a machine on the current production line which processes dough on the surface in a non-homogeneous manner between them;
  • Processing of several bread formats with variable cycle times;
  • Perform the scarification with the same tool currently used;

GOALS ACHIEVED

    • Sturdy stainless steel structure made to measure in the current production line with side guards and front protective electric photo barriers;
    • The two delta robots are mounted on the stainless steel structure and divide the underlying work area in half;
    • Two vision systems (one for each robot), able to identify the position of the individual products during the transit of the platform;
    • Brushes placed on the side for the automatic cleaning of the blades;
    • Operator Interface group with colour touch screen, simple, convenient and intuitive for the management of all work programmes;
    • CE Certification;
    • Very high production capacities and quality standards;
